I spent some time this weekend in my newly organized studio and let me tell you it makes A WORLD of difference. I now can find things I need instead of going into an expedition just to find a pencil.

I think this painting looks so much better in person than in pictures. It could be that I am terrible at taking pictures, or that I have a crappy camera. But I think the light is all wrong, the colors are somewhat the way they should, but somehow the shades are all washed out, the details are more vivid. I like it waaaay better in person.

Or it could be that I am more prone to scrutinize the image when I see it on the screen. Kind of when you catch your reflection in a mirror and are scandalized that that person is actually you.
