Getting the wagon out of the mud

DSC03155.JPG Something very exciting has happened! The Found Art Tuesday project has just been featured in the 52 projects website!! I am writing this post after jumping up and down for 20 minutes straight! Because I've always admired the 52 projects website and there's so much inspiration and motivation to go around, it's not even funny.
The very wonderful artist (and a good friend of mine too) Robyn aka Robayre got the word out about the project, {thanks so much Robyn! yay!} and I was thinking of how it felt like the found art wagon got stuck on the mud, and you're pushing and pushing but it's getting harder to move it, and you're about to give up when all of a sudden someone comes along and helps you push. And that's how this felt like, a very big push, more like a HEAVE! thanks so much to everybody who has participated, the project continues! I'm busy with lots of things but hey, this is the NEW REVOLUTION and it can not and will not be stopped! woo-hoo!!

    Congratulations! That's so awesome.

I love reading about your Found Art projects even if I haven't found the time to participate lately.

I'm glad you're getting some recognition. You deserve it!

congratulations Rosa, you have been plugging away at this for a long time and given so many inspiration and pleasure :)

Once the doll show is over in June I look forward to getting back to Found Art Tuesdays with you. I enjoy the challenge and seeing what everyone comes up with.

    all the best

{squeal}...this is how i found you! however, i noticed that "found art tuesday" (sadly) has been sporadic with themes for the weeks as of late. i have taken the ideas of several folks and created a project for my students to write positive statements and fortunes to randomly give to others--your found art is yet another extension of this! i am adding your link to the bottom of my blog entry about said subject. i do hope this acknowledgment in "52 projects" gives you the motivation to come back to your found art weekly theme-giving!

CONGRATULATIONS! You more than deserve it. Your art--every time I come here I spend forever going "oh! I want to try that!" I love the coffee cup stuff. You are so innovative & simply brilliant.

Rebirth! Oh this is wonderful. I have been really busy with the gallery show (May 29th -July 8th). So my "free" time has been limited but I have been making a couple of on the side found art pieces just to keep the project alive where I live. I am so proud of you ROSA!

Felicitaciones Rosa!!! siempre visito la pagina de 52 projects, me encanta todo lo que publican. Y Found art Tuesday se merece estar ahi.
