a new delivery
Tuesday, April 15, 2008 at 03:28PM I haven't posted the found art tuesday for this week because I am very busy with this:
This is the worst photo montage I have ever done, but it gives you an idea of what was just delivered to my front door, NEW Studio Furniture! YAY! and WHITE! double YAY!
ok, back to putting everything away neatly in drawers, more later!
FYI....
this is how it looked before:
Kind of like the craft bomb went off.... Or should it say it went ON? shouldn't it be: "The bomb exploded when it went ON" because if it went Off then it must surely mean it didn't explode, doesn't it?
I tell you, to have English as a second language can really teach you many things. and sometimes they don't really make sense... not that Spanish is any different or that it makes more sense, but I really don't notice anymore, I just say things without thinking about the true meaning, I just repeat what I've been saying since I was small, but when you're all grown and are learning a new language, then it kind of makes you think about the meaning of slang and sayings.
Just a thought. I've gone way off topic, haven't I? Anyway, I am very excited with my new studio furniture, it's so white and shiny, I just want to be there all day.. as if I needed a reason to be on my studio. Which is, by the way, not a real studio, it's a sunroom off the kitchen. Or should I say "next to the kitchen" Because if I say "Off" it sounds as if the kitchen just shook itself and produced a sunroom off of it's back or something, you know what I mean? Ok, I'm doing it again. must go. now.

The studio looks great! I'm still using my kitchen at the moment which has no natural light either (I know, odd) because it's just too flaming cold in the conservatory! How's that for a contradiction?! I often start getting creative after dark anyway. I must buy some day light bulbs...
