    Holy Pink Orchids, Batman!

I host this website with squarespace where they have all these layouts to choose from. I had been using a very simple one and chose to add my own banner. I have no idea of how to wite html code and I liked all the white, but I was getting bored of the same thing. Today I thought of looking at the layouts once again, and I saw this one! I recognized the orchids right away, they were drawn by Penelope Dullaghan, I absolutely love her work and I loved the layout. I wish I could do something like this with  one of my own images but uintil I know how, well, I'm borrowing these lovely orchids, I kinda feel like I'm stealing cause I did not ask Penelope if I could use them, maybe because I know who made them and then you read everywhere about not stealing other's images, but I figure she's made a good deal, and maybe she gets royalties on how many people uses the design, so maybe I'm even helping out a little! (Thanks for sharing them Penny!)  I love the pink, it was time for a website makeover! what do you think? I hope you like it too.

I have so many things to talk about! All about the trip to Mexico, the food, the people, the family, my daughter's birthday, One wonderful calendar I got on the mail (Thanks Pacha, I LOVED it, I need to write you an email later!) A piece I am working on for Holonic Art Movement, a new children's story illustration on the making, etc...  I was kind of waiting to download all the pictures from the camera so I could write a decent post with pictures, but I don't even know when I will be able to do the downloading and sorting of them because there just have been SO. MUCH. TO. DO. Including finding a new Kindergarten school and one school where they accept half day-2 yr. olds with no potty training yet.

So much to do, but I am still here. I am thinking what instrument to write about for the next instrument of the week. It would be cool to have pictures of it on action too.

So much to do and I wish it would get a little warmer too, I miss the sun, the birds... Spring, come early this year! We miss you!

I like the new lay out. It is good to do that now and again. Can't wait to hear all your news! I did get a Kemper tool. Still getting use to it but I can see real potential here!

I like the new layout, but could the text be darker? It is hard to read as it is, or is it just me?

Look forward to seeing pics and hearing all your news :) Are we going to get back to found art tuesdays next month?

Hola Rosa! que lindo el cambio! me encanto.
Now in english: about the text that mencioned jafabrit, first I saw the site at home in Windows XP, Explorer 7, and now I'm using an old PC with Windows 98, explorer 6... And at home I saw the text smaller and light. I saw these kind of changes with my blog and others.
Hope this help :) A big hug Rosa!!
