When they visit

When family comes to visit and stay it's so wonderful, and when it's your own brother is so much more interesting because this is a person who not only is the closest in the world you are related to in terms of dna, but also in memories of growing up, this is a person who grew up in the same house as you did, rolled his eyes to your mom too, and grew up with the same set of parents. He has almost the same memories of growing up BUT with a different perspective. You might also un-dust some old memories and understand them in a different way. You might even see this 29 yr old dressed in his boy scout uniform as he tells you how when he was 12, he used to go to boy scout meetings by bus and foot, and how long it took to get there, longer than the actual meeting, but that it was a trip worth making. You will love him dearly and forever, an he will make extra points for sitting with your kids in the sofa for two hours to see that movie with Barbie and the Mermaids, and actually follow the plot!
