    Nov 14 2006: SONG

Tomorrow Friday Nov 10 my daughter will have ear surgery to have little tiny tubes inserted in her tiny ears because she has them filled up with fluid, she's been like this for a few months but the doctor wanted to wait and see if some medicine would help her clear them up by their own but sadly, it didn't work, and now it seems she's not hearing too well because she keeps asking me to repeat everything I say, so a few weeks ago it was decided we would go ahead with the operation, so I'm a little nervous for her because this will be the first time she has anesthesia not to mention surgery but I'm confident in the Doctor and I know everything will be fine.

So because I don't know how tomorrow will pan out, I'm posting the topic for the next Found Art Tuesday today, the topic is SONG. I thought about an exercise we used to do in an art class I took where you listen to different kinds of music while you're painting and see how it influences your work, so choose a song and listen to it over and over to try to get the essence of it, how it would look like if it was an image instead of sound, what colors would it be? what words would you take and write, etc. It'll be fun!

Robyn if you're reading this, DO IT! I'm dying to see what you can come up with for this project!

Love your banner! I just wish I could figure out the HTML code to include my own banner on the blogspot. Love the topic too. Hmmmm It will be fun to choose some music and really get to "fee" it. I am off to select some NOW..An idea just popped into my bean head!
